Terms of Service

By creating an account or using TradeTonic(the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”) and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. We may update these Terms from time to time; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

TradeTonic provides options market data, analytics, scanning tools, educational content, and paper trading features for research and informational purposes. We are not a brokerage, investment adviser, or financial planner. Features and data availability may change without notice.

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. You are responsible for your account credentials and all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information, use the Service lawfully, and not reverse engineer, scrape, or abuse the platform or its data feeds.

Paid plans are billed through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges at the rate and interval selected at checkout. Trial periods, if offered, convert to paid billing unless you cancel before the trial ends.

You may manage or cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal in Settings. Cancellation stops future charges; access typically continues through the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled according to our billing policies and applicable law.

TradeTonic and its operators are not registered investment advisers, broker-dealers, or financial planners. Nothing on the platform constitutes personalized investment advice or a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security. You are solely responsible for evaluating risks and making your own trading decisions. Consult a qualified financial professional before making investment decisions.

TradeTonic and its licensors own all software, content, analytics, models, and materials on the platform. You may not copy, reverse engineer, scrape, or use the Service to build a competing product. The TradeTonic name and logo are trademarks of TradeTonic Inc..

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT DATA WILL BE ERROR-FREE, TIMELY, OR COMPLETE.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TRADETONIC INC. AND ITS AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR TRADING LOSSES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100).

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or create security or legal risk. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States.
